OOC = “Out of camera”. This picture was taken this afternoon with the orchid sitting on my kitchen table. Behind the orchid were lots of things – a TV, window, shelf with cards, and my yellow living room. I was able to get my settings adjusted enough to blank out the background and then use some flash to bounce in and light the orchid alone. In the process of learning my photography, I’m pretty proud of this small step!
